James R. Mullen, Sr., 75 of San Pierre, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022. He was born April 27, 1946 in Cheyenne, WY to the late Robert and Bette (Rossiter) Mullen. James was a Veteran of the Air Force and had worked for 30 years as a phone technician for AT&T. He was a member of the American Legion Post 37 of Quincy, IL and he enjoyed old cars.
James is survived by his sons, Richard Mullen and James R. Mullen, Jr.; grandchildren, Monica, Kaitlin, and Savanna; and brothers, Patrick Mullen and Christopher (Tammi) Mullen. He was also preceded in death by his son, Gregory Mullen; granddaughter, Shelby and brothers, William and Barry Mullen.
A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 11:00-1:00 PM at Wanatah Funeral Chapel 309 N. Main Street, Wanatah, with a time of sharing beginning at 1:00 PM.
